The Green Pickle is an independent art practice offering original artworks, limited edition prints, made-to-order works, and bespoke/custom commissions.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment in full is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Once an order is placed, it may not be modified or canceled.

4. Made-to-Order & Bespoke (Custom) Work

Certain works offered by The Green Pickle are made to order or created as bespoke/custom commissions.

By purchasing or commissioning bespoke or custom work, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All bespoke and custom works are final sale.
• Production timelines and scope are estimates and may vary.
• Variations in color, texture, scale, or finish are inherent to the artistic and handmade process and do not constitute defects.
• Once production has begun, orders may not be canceled or refunded for any reason.

Any agreed-upon concepts, timelines, or deliverables communicated prior to production form part of these Terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Origin

Orders may ship from Mexico, the United States, Madrid, or Venezuela, depending on the destination and production method. Orders are fulfilled as close to the delivery address as possible to reduce shipping time and cost.

Preparation & Dispatch

Orders typically require 3–5 business days for preparation before shipment. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary:

• Mexico: 2–5 business days (FedEx overnight may be available)
• United States & Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 8–15 business days

Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control are not the responsibility of The Green Pickle.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Customs delays may occur and are outside our control.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for:

• Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Lost, stolen, or missing packages after confirmed delivery

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All works are created to order. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

If an artwork arrives damaged or materially defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing thegreenpickles@gmail.com with supporting photographs. If approved, we will determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of The Green Pickle and are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Green Pickle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of this website or the purchase of any artwork.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Green Pickle from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.
